They are a very professional firm. After I came out of the Intensive care unit I contacted them and Ralph pretty much came to visit me straight away in the hospital. Everything these days has waiting times. But no not here my case was dealt with straight away. This firm got the ball rolling. Ralph was amazing like I said firstly visited me in the hospital and stayed in touch throughout. Then went on to visiting me at home at every appointment until I was well enough to go and visit him in his office. He arranged appointments with specialists and also CBT therapy which were a fantastic help to me in my recovery. Communication was second to none, always keeping me up to date both via phone and email with how my no fee claim was progressing. The outcome for me was my claim was resolved successfully.
